Here’s how it works:

1. Select the number of pouches you’re sending back (minimum 5).
2. Pre-pay for your refill order and include the paid invoice inside your package.
3. Mail the empty pouches back to us.
4. Email us at info@spottedponyproducts.com with a photo of your empty pouches and your tracking number.

Make sure the pouches are in excellent condition with no tears, punctures, or damage. Once we receive them, we will refill, package and ship back to you.
